One thing that I find so funny is how humans neglect sleep.
We are the only animals that choose to forgo sleep, every single other animal makes sleep a priority.
The funny thing about getting good sleep is that it can basically fix every issue you're having.
Food cravings? Sleep helps reduce that
Low energy? Getting more sleep helps that
Moody? Probably because you're tired.
