Tyrone Parnell is a 1981 University of Dayton School of Business alumnus. He spent 39 years working for IBM. As he gained promotions throughout the years, he concluded as a Managing Director of a large divestiture. Tyrone has significant experience working with cross-functional executive teams to manage succession planning, talent development, and customer acquisition across the globe.
