This week we are joined by Coach Chris Bayens to consider training structure in HYROX. Chris has coached both top and regular athletes to reach their goals.

We consider how to batch your training and how many intense days you should have in a weekly block.

We also examine the importance of your HRV and how that can impact your training. Chris also gives his thoughts on what an easy training session entails and the "easy wins" that we can all achieve.

Finally we seek Chris' thoughts on the new qualification system.
