With the holiday season upon us, I wanted to take a minute out of my controversial topics and discuss some ways that we need to look at our health. Everyone has the basic eat less move more saying down when it comes to weight loss. In this episode I share more ways to focus on the weight loss other than just eating less. That's a great start, but knowing what else effects our health other than what we eat is important. You can eat all the right things and eat less food, but if the things I discuss are not intact you may see little progress. We have to focus on the minor details that we don't think matter, when they matter almost more than what or how much you're eating!
