Who else loves them some good wine? Who also knows that in order to get that good wine, the grape has to go through a crushing? As I am coming out of the crushing season, we dive into what that has been like, how it feels and the things I do in order to keep pressing in and walking through it. You may be in that season yourself and feeling like you have no where to turn or that no one else understands what you are walking through. Know that that isn't true, and you are not alone!
