Dayln is a Personal Trainer and head of the Athlete Development Program at Springfield Strength and Conditioning (SSC). He works with youth ages 12-18 to develop strength in all areas of life, not just in the gym. As Dayln talks about his history and development into the coach he is today, we discuss the importance of the development of young athletes through learning discipline and using intention to build a solid foundation of life skills that go beyond the four walls of the gym.
