Jessie is a physical Therapist from Fayetteville, AR (yes she drove up just to podcast with us😊) who specializes in working with Olympic Weightlifters and if needed bringing them back from injury. She is a competitor in both Olympic weightlifting and Crossfit and someone who is just looking to spread the unbroken mindset to all who she encounters. We discuss lifting, her career plus some exciting opportunities that are coming her way VERY soon!!
