Philip's story is raw, honest, and powerful. He opens up about a life that started fast—partying, drinking, and getting into trouble at a young age. What began as experimentation turned into a cycle of addiction that followed him through years of working in kitchens and constantly searching for the next thing to fill the void.

But eventually, that cycle caught up with him.

Philip shares what it looked like to finally stop running—how he began seeking something deeper, found a higher power, and committed to recovery. One of the most impactful parts of that journey? Yoga.

What started as part of his rehab became a cornerstone of his life. Today, Philip is a yoga instructor who not only teaches the practice but uses it as a way to give back—helping others who are walking the same road he once did.

This episode is a reminder that change is possible, purpose can be found in the most unexpected places, and sometimes the thing that saves you becomes the thing you use to help save others.
