Running is mental, and all runners are crazy.  Today's podcast is with James Pettit.  We talk about how important endurance is for a person's fitness.  James has run every distance from 100 meters to a marathon. His day job is practicing law at his family law firm, but his hobby is helping other reach their fitness goals.
