So good to have the Wistrom's on the podcast. Melissa and I have been facebook friends for a long time, we met at a CrossFit competition and got into a good conversation about mindset and we have been friends ever since.
Melissa has been to the CrossFit games on a team and as an individual masters athlete. She is an awesome athlete and such a nice person. Grant has played in the NFL for 9 seasons, with the Rams and the Seahawks. The are co-owners of CrossFit Springfield in Springfield Missouri.
We talk nutrition and their time at the CrossFit Games and Grant Playing in the NFL. Such a great conversation. So glad I got to talk with them and I can't wait to talk to them again.
