Description

What does it mean to have an uncommon practice? When I was in graduate training, I had an inner feeling that I didn’t want to grow a traditional practice. At first, I felt bad about it. I felt different. Traditional therapy all day, every day didn’t sound like the right avenue for me. The other things that therapists traditionally do like research, teaching or assessment didn’t sound like full-time jobs I wanted either.

I know I am not alone. Many other therapists, coaches and healers feel this way too. In this episode, I am exploring why I felt this way and the three elements of an uncommon practice. You’ll learn about not letting fears keep you stagnant, why you have to honor your values and so much more!
