In honor of our final episode of 2020, I decided to create some beautiful reflective journaling prompts for you & take you through a live journaling experience. We end the episode by flowing through a guided meditation to connect deeper to yourself & activate your self love.

During the first ~15 minutes, I share some updates from my life right now as I just traveled from Mexico to Maryland & am currently manifesting my next travel adventure!

At minute 23:00, I begin the 8-minute guided meditation.

  8. What are 3 words you wish to embody in 2021? No matter what.
