Description

In this solo episode, I open up about how I've been in a bit of a mindset rut lately, focusing a bit too much what's not going well in my life and being more critical of myself and others. I noticed I was lingering in this place a bit too long and had the inspiration to pull myself out of it using gratitude.

Gratitude is so powerful becasue it's a way to intentionally shift out of negative ways of thinking by training our brain to see ourselves and our lives through a more positive, grounded lens.

Our minds are naturally wired to focus on what's wrong and there is something really powerful about redirecting our attention toward what's working, what's good, and what we can appreciate.

I deeply believe having a regular gratitude practice is one of the most impactful ways to do that and it's been something that has helped me feel so much more joyful and happy in my every day life.

In this episode, I walk you through 4 simple, doable ways to start weaving gratitude into your everyday life so you can feel more at peace, present, and fulfilled.

I also share the 30-day, 3-minute gratitude practice I'm personally committing to right now. Maybe you'll feel inspired after listening to this episode to join me!
