In this episode of Unmasking the Mic, Ralph Anthony sits down with New York City native and comedian, Josh Alba. They discuss how comedians in therapy are more mentally eqiupped to handle comedy in NYC as well as being the first person in his family to seek out a therapist. They also discuss how as comedians here in the city, we have a tendency to attach our self worth to how many shows we're doing or the clubs we're working in. Plus, Josh also lends some insight as breaking down stigmas and the devasting events from Hurricane Ida that brought him to seeking out therapy.
