Every day you are exhausted juggling everything asked of you, and you're asking yourself "Is it all worth it", What happened to my dreams? At work there never seems to be end what they want you to do, and that means you aren't even able to tease out those ideas, or improve a process.
And each co-worker is bitching about the same things. Is this it? Is this what adulting really is?
It's not - you, like millions of people in every country in the world, are locked in what I call an Addiction to Survival. And like addictions to drugs or alcohol, sex or gambling, shopping or hoarding - seeing the problem is the first step.
