School never taught us about values, those were left to our parents, yet the majority of us have no real idea what our true values are. Our values - not our parents values - not our siblings values.
And maybe you don't even have a good handle on what a core value really is?
But if you are like me, you know when they are out of alignment even if you don't, or can't find the words to describe it. Because it creates crisis - keeps you shackled to situations that are not in your best interest.
