We love family vacations-- especially, the stories/lessons that family vacations return. On this episode, Emily shares about her recent family vacation to Maine and shares a story that sent her spiraling to think of the worst case scenario— something we frequently do as parents. Everyone has a story (or a few) where something happens and before we know it, we are thinking WORST case scenario. We worry, we research, we panic, and worry more.
