Designing the worst day possible can sound strange but can be a great experiment.
Imagine this...you accidentally sleep in, spill coffee on your suit, burn your breakfast and get stuck in traffic...and that's all before 9:00 AM! The day continues to get worse after you realize you didn't get the promotion, your kid comes home sick, and on and on and on. It literally is the day from hell.
So how can this possibly be a good thing?! Well it would be pretty rough if this was a real day but as a hypothetical, it can do so much for us.
