In this episode of uPhilosopher we look at the hearing to address the allegations made by Dr. Ford that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her. We consider the ways in which the Senate failed to take seriously the need to get to the truth. We also ask if Judge Kavanaugh undermined the system he serves through his aggressive dialogue. Finally, we ask are we even addressing the most important concerns that emerge from Dr. Ford's accusations?
