Outside 50 with your hosts Rick Shaibani & Wayne Kraska.
On today's show we catch up with Ryan Downey of the Atlanta Kookaburras. In his sixth year with the Kookaburras, Ryan like some others came from mainly a rugby background.
Of note Ryan talks about the challenges the teams like Atlanta in the South have faced over a long period, where the second closest team to them is in Ohio, a 6 hour drive away, and how the development of closer teams recently can only benefit the future of footy in the South.
Also while we are talking about footy in the South, Wayne Kraska our co-host, chats about the team he started in Nth West Georgia the Rome Redbacks. A smallish town of only 35k people Krazz tells about there being no lofty goals other than the continual development of the game to new people and regions in the USA.
