Simple + Gentle "Detox/Cleansing" Methods:
Lemon water (or 1-2 drops of dōTERRA citrus oils: Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Wild Orange)
How much water should you be drinking? Half your body weight in ounces of water daily.
EXAMPLE: If you weigh 128 lbs, drink 64 oz (or 8 cups) of water. If you have 16 oz of caffeinated bevy, add an additional 16 oz (64+16) or 80 oz of water that day (10 cups)

In a 60 ml (2 oz) spray bottle combine:
30 drops each: cypress, eucalyptus, rosemary, and frankincense
Top off with FCO (fractionated coconut oil) and spray directly onto dry brush bristles before dry brushing
