Calculate how much water YOU should be drinking daily: Take your weight in pounds, divide it by two. This number will tell you how many ounces of water you should be drinking daily. Divide this number by 8 to calculate how many cups that is a day.
Example:
Weight: 128 lbs/2 = 64 ounces of water
64/8 = 8 cups of water per day
If you drink 1 cup of coffee, or caffeinated beverage, add an addition cup of water to your 8 cups... Therefore you need 9 cups of water for the days you drink 1 cup of coffee/caffeinated beverage/alcoholic beverage.
