Description

Kelli Brightwell holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas A & M University. Her passion for youth development led her to become an instructor at Colorado State University-Pueblo, where she teaches courses in strength and conditioning, health and functional movement. She is also a Vertimax Master Trainer and Ambassador, teaching about programming, maintenance, and use of the Vertimax product line. 

 

Al and Kelli continue their discussion about the importances of hands-on trainer training, and the role that in person experience plays in developing the most effective trainers and athletes.
