Yo Murphy is a former professional football player who has participated in multiple professional leagues, including the NFL, the Canadian Football League, and NFL Europe. He has developed some extremely high-level sports performance training systems that cater to athletes from a variety of sports, including major league baseball players, NFL vets, and more.
