Description

On this episode, I welcome mindfulness coach Katrina Gleisberg and co-creator of the ‘Calm During Chaos’ mindfulness e-Course.  Katrina has a background as a special education teacher, and she also led a support group called ‘The Military Club,’ for students raised with a military background.

Living in a military family, Katarina taught special education for 3rd and 4th-grade students in multiple countries.  During her travels, she noticed a marked difference in the student’s ability to settle down, focus, and become more productive after a mindfulness practice she learned of, called T.A.P.S. (Total and Perfect Silence).

Katarina says, “Mindfulness can be practiced anywhere, anytime, free of charge for everyone! Anyone can learn a personal, simple, mindfulness practice, without adding extra time into their daily routine.

  5. Why it's important to be mindful before taking on a project or an important task.
  6. How you can be mindful using different techniques and exercises.
