Chris Lowder is the trilingual General Manager of Proof & Company, China - the world's most-awarded bar consulting team and craft spirits importer. With offices in China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand, Proof imports and supplies high quality independent spirits, glassware, tools and ingredients to hotels and cocktail bars across Asia. As champions of fine drinking, Chris and his team actively work to build China's bartending community by delivering staff & consumer education, planning & executing cocktail events, and hosting traveling international talents.

Chris became the GM of Proof & Company China after a successful twelve-year career in food & beverage operations, including bar management roles in Four Seasons, Seoul, and NoMad, New York. Chris was nominated by Tales of the Cocktail for Global Best Bar Mentor in both 2020 and 2018, and was nominated for International Bartender of the Year in 2016.
