If you find it hard to forgive people, you're in the right place.  If holding a grudge is your jam, you need to listen.  Being unforgiving hurts YOU.  The person you aren't forgiving doesn't feel your pain.  I have been a world class grudge holder in my life.  And it was wrong.  I want you to forgive other people and yourself.  This frees you up in so many ways.  In this episode, I offer some things you can do to help you let go of anger and resentment now.
