This month we tip our proverbial cap to those serving as educators and mentors to this great city of ours. In this episode, we hear from Tracy Baim. Tracy is a publisher and Executive Editor at The Windy City Times, which she co-founded in 1985. In 2014, she was inducted into the National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association Hall of Fame.
