On Sunday, Mar. 6, the North Dakota State women's basketball team fell in their Summit League tournament quarterfinal game against Kansas City 81-74, bringing to an end what head coach Jory Collins called a "tough year."
The University of North Dakota women also lost, falling 61-54 to Oral Roberts. UND carried the momentum of a mid-season surge into the tournament but couldn't overcome a 22-point performance from ORU standout Keni Jo Lippe.
