The best time to prevent refunds, is before they're even asked for. Undersell and overdeliver on your front end, help your clients to see where their future is heading, and make sure that you're working with your ideal clients. As soon as someone enrolls - make that client connection, over-deliver on their expectations, help them see where they are going within your program, and welcome them into your program with open arms. Give people the experience of being coached and giving them value as soon as possible.
