Jacob grew up poor, thinking higher education was the only ticket to "success". After some major changes to laws governing California charter schools in 2017, Jacob was laid off from his comfortable Assistant Principal position at an established southern California charter school. Scared and motivated, he embarked upon a side of education he hadn't known, financial education. With God leading the way, he began wholesaling real estate option contracts, opened a restaurant franchise, and began buying turnkey single family homes, all while continuing to work a 9 to 5.
