Tom has been playing sports his entire life. he always liked to play. He started his professional career training people 13 years ago as a personal trainer and in 2014 became a physical preparation coach with King Sports International. He has a passion for helping people and for finding the best way to train. Training with Tom will not be what’s trendy, but he will always guide you in what he believe is best for you. He also has a passion for helping kids train and stay injury free.
