During this podcast, Eartha continues in part two of Growing Through Pain. When we are stressed, we may become dormant for a while. It is essential to be aware of our bodies, our minds, and how we are becoming inactive. anything good 

I think that’s a good indicator to look at how we are working through

Situations. A change may be the solution to stimulate ourselves to progress through stress. Reflect on experiences and pull out what you learned. This is a growing experience. When moving through stress and trauma, it is helpful to reevaluate and reflect on new growth and progress.
