They have 18 seasonal craft beers, 2 craft sodas, 7 different food trucks & are open every day of the week, and were recently awarded a bronze award for 'Best Local Brewery' in Colorado Springs. I've had many, and have dumped most after a few sips? Is that maybe an acquired taste? Any "starters" you can recommend? Thanks much.
