Every single decision, habit, task, and thought process directly impacts one's well being. A healthy daily routine, habit, thought process and boundry, can have a positive effect on ones well being. We can also say the same for the opposite end of the spectrum here, when one doesn't prioritize things that are supportive to their well being, it can put you in a terrible head space, you could lack motivation, feel depressed, ect.
