  3. Injuries – Injuries can heal before your case gets to trial
    1. Lacerations
    2. Bruises/Scrapes
    3. Post Treatment
      1. Casts/Braces/Slings & Medical Equipment
  4. Get Contact Information
    1. Other Driver – License, Insurance Card and Registration
    2. Other Diver's Passengers
    3. Your Passengers
    4. Witnesses – Name and contact information
  5. Document EVERYTHING You Remember
