I sat down with Allison at her Charlestown, MA salon where we chat about how life is looking and feeling for her at this stage in her life! A mother of two, Charlestown is actually Allison's home town so it makes it that much sweeter for her to have this space in a place she grew up and continues to help grow.
She recently transformed the adjacent space thats been used for a variety of things over the years to a boutique, Haute 44 and it's already flourishing!
We talk about Allison's path, which she says she saw only in one direction, the beauty industry. She says she listens to her clients as to what to offer at both the salon and boutique.
