I had that chance to speak with this young entrepreneur about how she got started in the Macaron business while just a sophomore in college. It started at home, watching her mom cook/bake.
She shares the story of bringing things back to Boston College where everyone wanted some. So she started to bake and became known as the "Cookie Girl".
Her studies were in Math and Music. Now, out of school, she works in the accounting business, while keeping her side hustle/passion alive at night and on weekends continuing to fill all of the orders!
