On this episode I had the pleasure of chatting with mom of 3 and fitness coach Melissa Hadley!

She shares her story of helping women create a healthy relationship with food and feel fabulous!  We also talk about the importance showing up for yourself!  Not just the kids, sig other or work!

Melissa was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 12 years ago and has chosen to battle it in a natural way, by eating right, exercise, and prayer!
