I met this amazing woman when I saw that she was teaching Shuffle classes at a studio in my building. Within minutes I was sucked in to her energy and knew I needed to have her as a guest on this podcast.
Not only did she decide to go to school for Expressive Art Therapy at what some would consider "later in life" she continues to chase her passion and bring it to others!
