One can learn a great deal about leadership by enlisting in the Air Force at age 18 as a Basic Airman and climbing to a high-ranking officer working with NATO partners, the Joint Staff at the Pentagon and becoming boot camp squadron commander. However, most of us will never follow that path.
The good news is that has been Matt Whiat's path. After leaving the military, he became co-founder of Chapman & Co., an organization dedicated to helping organizations create cultures where people feel valued.
His open, friendly, caring, and passionate approach to leadership is contagious and effective! Listen in as Matt shares his experience and insights with host Bill Ellis on this episode of What's the Point?
