Listen

Description

She’s at her best when she feels inside like she’s four-years-old. That’s when she is most able to channel that uninhibited, 'born-to-be-wild' spirit which ignites her creativity.

Caren Libby is a native of St. Louis who lived in Northern California for 8 years. She has a corporate and entrepreneurial background in sales, marketing, and project management. In 2008, she founded Image Media, LLC as a photography and digital marketing company. She currently specializes in on-location portrait and event photography.

As an artist, Caren blends digital images with textures to create unique works of art. Her work has been displayed in galleries and businesses throughout St. Louis. She publishes stories on her gallery website that feature her photographs of cities, neighborhoods, and parks. She is currently working on a book called Exploring St. Louis: A Photographer’s Journey that will be published next year.

Listen as Caren speaks with What’s the Point? host Bill Ellis about how her life has evolved and grown, while retaining her childlike magic.
