Chelsea here today with Chelsea's Motorvational Mondays. The thought of the day is "Don't let yesterday take up too much of today." I think that is a fantastic thought or quote to definitely start off on a Monday. Is don't let last week, don't let something that happened on the weekend, just really in general, don't let the past take up so much of your present time and even just going into the future. You know, time is the one thing you can't get back. It's uncontrollable, everyone's life is hectic, busy, and yet sometimes we're sitting there wasting our time thinking about something that maybe we couldn't have changed last week. It could have been how we reacted. Something we did maybe negatively. Cheated on our diet, didn't go to the gym, you know, just any of those things. It's so easy to get caught up in continually thinking about it. Yet that's not growing positivity. Is not assisting you to grow and it's really not doing you any benefits. So you know this Monday, beautiful Monday, why don't you take time today and just don't worry about last week. Don't worry about the weekend. It's think about the present, the future, and do anything you can do to be positive today. Have a Huggable Week.
