Bernie Piscopo is a Client Services Executive at BOB.health. BOB is a free learning platform for the NHS that helps health and social care staff tell stories about change; from improvement and innovation introduction, through to collaborative working and culture.

 

In this episode I talk to Bernie about her studies and career, why an unexpected medical visit in Japan led her to work in the health sector, and the importance to her of kindness, authenticity and impactful work. She also tells us about the innovative ways BOB shares good stories in health, creates a kind and resilient community and she shares her insights on partnering with the NHS as well as the best piece of advice she's ever been given.
