My guest today is Shona D'Arcy, Founder & CEO of Kids Speech Labs, an innovative Irish company which helps children with speech and language difficulties and their therapists.

 

Shona is a Digital Health Expert and has worked on all aspects of developing and validating digital health solutions in a range of clinical domains:

* Remote, speech based cognitive assessments for older adults

* A smart inhaler for adherence

* A non-invasive neuromodulation device for the treatment of tinnitus

 

Shona has an undergraduate degree in electronic engineering from Trinity College Dublin and a PhD from the University of Birmingham in speech recognition. She created Kids Speech Labs in 2018.
