They have 7 of the TOP 100 restaurants in America, with The Boathouse in Orlando Florida, and the Gibson flagship at number 6 in Chicago, Illinois. Steve is a former graduate of Georgetown University and a college baseball player, a lawyer, founder of a wine distribution company, and now, a chairman. legal counsel and director over at the Gibson Group. He has been through a tough time with the pandemic, and here we talk about how adversity can be a gift.
