Gabe and Rebecca Montenegro were both prior military and contractors in Afghanistan. Gabe holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics and Rebecca is a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. Gabe graduated high school from Gulf Breeze in 1997 and is thrilled to be back in his hometown assisting his community and the surrounding areas. Together, Gabe and Rebecca have an extreme passion for helping others and are willing to go above and beyond to do so.

Caress Hudson is a mom of 4, military spouse to a wonderful Navy service member and an entrepreneur blazing the trails here in Pensacola. Caress graduated from the esteemed Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Hospitality Management and an Associates degree in European Pastry from Anne Arundel Community college. Caress started Henny Penny's Patisserie in 2015 but opened the storefront doors on November, 2018. Henny Penny's Patisserie not only serves European pastry but offers, cooking classes, community events, and charity drives for disenfranchised communities.
