Health Coach, as well as a twice-divorced co parenting mom, yogi, and
lifelong learner. Beth's decades'-long, near daily use of alcohol felt completely
out of alignment with her livelihood in the wellness sector and with her
personal values. She felt like a fraud, but was fearful that giving up drinking
would prove too difficult, or would doom her to a life of less fun & constant
feelings of deprivation. Instead, she found that letting go of alcohol was not
only possible, but more transformational and joy-filled than she anticipated.
