Today I am opening up a whole new world with my guest Travis Day as we journey through a practice I have an interesting past with, Human Design. Human Design has always intimidated me but today I am excited and open to learning with Travis about all the ins and outs and how Human Design can give us the ultimate permission to be ourselves and an invitation to draw in self-love and excitement about life again.

Travis is most recently a Human Design guide and practicing thought leader who is drawn to the depth and shadow of the human experience. Travis gladly guides me through my own human design chart and we have a really open discussion about my thoughts (both good and skeptical) about human design and the surprising similarities it has with Astrology. We walk through the history of Human Design, how it shows you who you are AND who you're not and stumble upon major similarities between Astrology and Human Design and
