This week's podcast interviews Dan Jackson. Dan is the founder and owner of Edition Coffee Roasters, a cafe in Sydney that time and time again is named in the "top cafe" lists around NSW and Australia.
I asked Dan on because I adore the coffee they serve at Edition and I admire the care & love the baristas put into their art.
We discuss 'knowing your art' in detail as well as dive into Dan's upbringing and how it shaped him into the leader he is today.

"Since its conception in 2015 Edition Coffee Roasters is consistently named in any and all the top food lists when it comes to the cuisine and coffee scene in Sydney. At first glance it could appear as if Edition was an overnight success. Tell me about your journey and the most significant lessons that led you to be the owner of one of Australia’s best cafes? And Why coffee? "
